March 11-12 – Mid- winter Games: Iowa City – athletes will be traveling to compete by charter bus. Bus departs from the Walmart parking lot (Walmart on Floyd Blvd.) – Athletes – remember to wear your green Knights apparel (so we can keep track of you!)
Soccer, Tennis, Athletics (Track) & Bocce practices will be starting just after the Mid-Winter Games – be sure to check with your coaches for time & location!
March 24 – District Swim: Spirit Lake, IA
April 2nd – Committee meeting: everyone is invited to attend the Knights Committee Meetings, 11:30 at Steinbecks . Meeting for National Games athletes to follow.
April 9th – District Track & Field: LeMars High School
May 14th – Fit Fest – a fun day of fitness & activities. The State Office will be in SC to run this event – we hear that there will be SWAG bags!
